Comments: Jersey Roofing did a fantastic job! First, Ervis did a fantastic job explaining their entire process. They use top of the line products, and even add extra waterproofing material to protect the plywood. It was easy to find a time to schedule the appointment, since we had a small leak in our roof. They were able to come out the next week. They even installed different shingles on our main roof and shed, as we requested. The job took 1 and 1/2 days to complete. The crew came out and worked efficiently and hard. They took special care to protect my plants and contain the mess. I had extensive damage to the underlying plywood, and the foreman showed me pictures of the damage, and discussed with me the costs before doing the work. Seeing all the rotted plywood after they removed it made me realize that I was lucky to not have more leaks! The second half day was needed for more clean up, which they did a fantastic job. They have a super powered magnet that collects all of the nails. They even setup my patio furniture for me when they finished! The end result was amazing and beautiful. All in all, I would highly recommend Jersey roofing if you want a hassle free experience and high quality workmanship! Not to mention, there is a life time warranty on the work!

Comments: I hired Jersey Roofing for a tear-off and replacement of a really old roof on my daughter's house in West Milford after I read all the great reviews. They did a superb job which included replacing all the old, rotted wood underneath and installing new gutters and leaders. Done in just 2 days. Greg is a stand-up guy and the job was so good we hired them for a project on our own house, which also came out fantastic. Very fair pricing. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Gregg was professional in scheduling and organizing the work.The project was done as per agreed -upon schedule. The crew came early in the morning, did the work and cleaned everything - all done by 4 pm. I was notified about any extra expenses in a timely manner. The price of the roof replacement was competitive. Taking also into account a very long warranty, quality of work and professionalism, it s no wonder the company would be among top choices. It s too early to tell whether I am going to have any problems with the roof going forward but I quickly built the trust in the company and hope I will continue to have a positive experience.

Comments: We hired Seci at the beginning which disappointed us due to the bad communication and ended the contractor. Later I hired Jersey Roofing to do the roofing replacement, gutter replacement, fascia replacement and siding of two dormers which took about three days to be completed. we are very glad that we made this decision for the following reasons: 1. Very good communication. The salesperson Ervis is very professional, responsive and humble guy with a very strong industrial knowledge background which guarantees that he can write you a very professional contracts. Any questions you sent to him, He will respond to you as quickly as possible. The first time we saw the owner is when Jersey roofing started our job on the site, and he is such a nice, humble and professional guy. The on-site job supervisor resolved any questions we had, very agreeable communication. 2. Very hardworking team as a whole. Their workers showed up around 8AM in the morning as expected on time and worked until 7PM in the afternoon, then finished the cleaning even though they were exhausted. They have been working so hard to get the job done, and we really felt touched by their hard work. We tried our best to tip them well to show our appreciation. Since so many workers worked together, it is understandable that sometimes they may miss something, but they fixed it right away when you told them. They do not mind if you sit outside the whole day to make sure that they did not miss something. 3. Nice cleaning job after work done. They cleaned the job site very well. 4. Very good after-sales experience. We had broken vent and painting job for gale vent unfinished, called Ervis who talked to the owner Bruno came next day to fix them. Very smooth communication and let us fix it if you have any problem. 4. Lifetime warranty. Many people had some skeptical opinions about warranty, but based on our research, 50 years of workmanship warranty means a lot because the company has to build enough credit in terms of quality of work, communication, professionalism to maintain the platinum status with the Owen or GAF shingle company and Home Advisor website. We liked the way we communicated with Jersey Roofing. Any questions we directly contacted the salesperson Ervis who will take care of it by communicating with his internal team inside the company. Comments: I would wholeheartedly endorse Jersey Roofing for your next roofing job. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to deal with. They were very proactive in reaching out to me as soon as I searched for contractors on Home Advisor and came out the next day for a free estimate that was 20% less than the two others I had received. After reading so many good reviews and after meeting with Bruno the owner who enthusiastically sought out our job, I did not hesitate in hiring them and I would advise you do the same. As for the work itself, Bruno was able to fit us in right away, even trying to get us in a day earlier than expected although the weather didn't cooperate as he makes sure that the weather will be conducive to doing the job properly. They were here early, got right to work, were very professional and polite, and most of all they kept everything CLEAN. We had a bunch of furniture and other stuff on our back deck that they neatly moved to the side, and then covered everything with tarps. At the end of the day, everything was quickly cleaned up and before you even knew it the whole large crew was gone, and everything was put back in its place, to the point where you really couldn't tell major work had been done that day (unlike previous contractors we had hired). We are very happy with how everything looks and again, we would recommend Jersey Roofing without hesitation. Oh, and Bruno even removed our old satellite dish as well as replaced wood that needed it, and for just a few extra bucks he is even going to replace the old gutters on our garage. Jersey Roofing was extremely professional, courteous, timely, patient, and ethical. The project manager, Bruno, was patient and answered any and all questions I had thoroughly. He always came with a smile, was never dismissive, and managed the project very smoothly. He is an incredibly capable project manager. The crew was professional and courteous. I did not interact with them much, but they clearly were capable professionals. Jersey Roofing came promptly at 7:55AM everyday during the three-day project for their 8AM start time. They started work quickly, did not dawdle, and worked diligently throughout the day. I have no complaints when it comes to their dedication or work ethic. During the middle of the project, I raised concern and wanted an additional component installed. They were able to accommodate me, even though they were not obligated to. And even better, they were able to fit it into three days (for a four day project)! At the end of the project, the crew cleaned up every shingle, and scrap of debris on the ground and left no trace. Finally, the company did not try to scam us. They estimated the roof size correctly, used high-quality materials, and gave the best quote out of the four contractors I contacted. Comments: I requested an estimate from Jersey Roofing to completely replace my roof. Ervis called me right away and came to my home to explain the Owens Corning system they use and gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I decided to go with these guys. Ervis is very knowledgable, calm and easy to talk to. He told me that they would get the job done within the next 2 weeks. To my surprise they were able to get the job done that very weekend and they did an amazing job. The job only took one day and they cleaned up very nicely. Bruno was also very nice and professional when he and 6 other guys showed up that Saturday to do the job. The next day after the job was done I went outside to check the quality and see if there were any defects. I noticed that one little piece of shingle was not laid set properly on a corner on the side of my house. So I texted Ervis and Bruno came the next day to fix it promptly. If anyone is looking to repair or replace their roof I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are honest, professional, Owens Corning certified and they charge a very reasonable price! I first called a separate local roofing company about repairing or replacing some flashing around vent pipes and my chimney due to some water leaks. That company gave me a fairly high estimate. Then my buddy at work said that Bruno and Jersey Roofing just finished replacing his roof in Maywood and he was extremely positive about their work. So I called Bruno and, first, he went on the roof in order to get a more accurate estimate. While on the roof he noticed that I had a lot of cracked tar on my French gutters and showed me the pictures so that I could clearly see the problem. His estimate was still $500 dollars cheaper than the other contractor and they did not even factor in the gutter repair. (They did not even go on the roof to do the estimate, but Bruno did.) Bruno and his professional workers finished the job before the next rainy day came and cleaned up the job site nicely of any shingles and nails. (They had to replace all the flashing around my chimney.) He even tarred up some flashing on a small chimney that I have on my shed for no extra cost. About 5 months later I had a new leak on my back porch - which I did not want anyone to look at originally because of a broken post that I wanted to fix first. Anyway, Bruno said he would come and look at it. I wish I let him look at it 5 months earlier, but that was my own bad judgment. He diagnosed the new problem using water and a hose and he recommended that he seal up the flashing on the back porch. Actually he already knew what the problem was, but he wanted to show me so that I felt at ease that was in fact the problem. He fixed the problem and even noticed a big hole elsewhere (he showed me a picture so that I could see the size of the hole) that his worker patched up. They even double checked that everything was still fine on the main roof. He even showed me how to remove a window screen that I was having trouble with and sealed that window as well. What was the cost for this second visit, 5 months after his first visit? Nothing!! $0. He said I was a prior customer of his and that I was a nice guy, and he said that they did not have to use much material anyway on the second visit. I mean he was at my house for almost 2 hours with 2 other guys on the 2nd visit, and yet he still did not want to accept any money for the job. How many contractors do you meet these days that do that? The most impressive thing that I like about Bruno besides his dedication to his work, is actually his friendliness and professionalism. Whenever you talk to him on the phone, he does not rush you and he makes you feel that your job is important no matter the size of the job. The key thing that we realized is Jersey Roofing an experienced roofing company, not a general contractor or others. On the day of the job, Jersey Roof arrived promptly, 7:30AM with a couple of trucks with 9-10 persons, and within the hour, everyone started the work, and it amazing to see that each know exactly what their tasks are and go on immediately to do the work. Comments: Great Work. Great Price. Great Service. I solicited 4 quotes for roofers; 3 through Home Adviser and one independently. This was a large, old 3 story colonial with steep slopes and 3 dormers that hadn't had a new roof in 50 years. It was leaking badly and the job was a complete shingle rip and replace job plus all new 6" gutters & downspouts. Jersey Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but their quote was all inclusive regarding vents, wood to replace all rotted sheathing and fascia boards, etc. If asked, he will also quote you the more traditional way, with you paying for sheathing replacement over a certain number of 4x8 sheets, but I found comfort in his all inclusive number. Also, my mom's house had some built in "Yankee Gutters" and he was the only one to suggest building out the roof to cover those old rotted built in gutters and install proper gutters in their place. The others wanted to reline them which would not address their inability to handle heavy rain storms. Bruno and his team arrived on time, they protected the house and landscaping as they worked and worked quickly. The roof was basically removed, repaired and replaced in one long day. The second day they completed any leftover roofing and installed the gutters & downspouts. Then they cleaned up thoroughly. Not a nail or scrap of roofing waste could be found. I had a great experience with Jersey Roofing and the owner Bruno and would highly recommend that they be considered, either with his all inclusive offer or the more traditional approach.

Jersey roofing was in the running with one other company, but we ended up going with Bruno because he inspired confidence in us during the quote process, and it says a lot when the owner of the company shows up both for the quote as well as the job itself. The quality of work was spot on - the new roof looks wonderful. The crew was able to come out in less than a week and turn the entire job around in under a day. Cleanup was perfect - no complaints there. Today is the day after the initial install. It is pouring rain outside and no leaks or other surprises so far. Comments: After contacting Servicemagic this contractor contacted us immediately,visited the location where the needed to be done.He then surveyed the job gave us an estimate and scheduled a day to complete the work.This contractor called the day of the work to let us know when he would be there, was polite,professional,cleaned up the work area and did what he said he would and more.Over all the contractor was a joy to work with,especially when senior citizens were involved and had had a bad experience before with a Different contractor.Would highly recommend to contractor for prompt,professional work......
